A brief history of us
Our Company is based in India and having offices in Kolkata, Delhi and Dubai. The Company started its journey with the primary mission of providing supply of petroleum products under best convenient terms anywhere globally.
With vast experience in business in diverse sectors including mineral oil, fuel-gas and petroleum byproducts and having established supply-side linkage with oil-refineries, the Promoters aimed at expansion, with thrust on trading activities, primarily in those commodities, in addition to energy-related technology & machinery for green-energy sector.
This apart, linkage with suitable IT initiative was also viewed as a key requirement, as a tool for integrating the related trading business.
Our Mission & Vision
The Company has been promoted with the mission of bridging the gap between demand and supply of services – both in trading as well as technical activities. Our experience is that there is abundant mining/ production/ refining of commodities/ provision for services at parts of the globe but those producers/ providers lack in the total package of supply-mechanism to carry those to end-users whereas, the reverse is the situation with buyers/ consumers of those products/ services who are eager to get such deliveries at their door-steps through most convenient and complete package. We view this as our key challenge area to make the two ends meet. In India, this aspect is going to play a vital role in the current economic phase of the country.
Our Management Group
The core Management Team of the Company comprises of people, proficient in commercial operations, handling petro-trades, commercial functionalities of State Governments/ Union Government of India/ Public Sector Units and having close contacts with global producers of petroleum products and fuel gasses and leading shipping liners engaged in carriage of related products.

He is a retired officer of Government of India, having vast experience in administrative functions as well as commercial operations, particularly involving Public Sector Corporates.
Captain Alok Pravat
He is a person with proficiency in marine operations including shipping associated with petroleum trade, looks after the technicalities related to transportation of LPG/ LNG/ liquid petro-fuels. By virtue of his vast experience in shipping/ port-operations which is a key factor in trade-negotiations, he plays a crucial role in negotiating business deals.
Mr.Subhabrata Majumdar
Managing Director
He is a young & energetic entrepreneur who has been associated with business in education, garment manufacturing, information technology, legal consultancy, trading in solar-power devices, etc. He has, in course of activities over the years, been able to establish close association with the business community in India and Bangladesh. He also has intimate access to leading operators in petroleum business in different countries.
Mr.Samar Kumar Mukherjee
Director
He is a veteran professional banker, having vast experience in banking/ financial sector as well as corporate management.
Mr.Ajit Mishra
He is a retired senior executive of a leading oil-sector PSU in India. His association with the Company brings in valuable advisory support in dealing with clients, particularly PSUs in India.
Looking Ahead
Association with Indian Port(s) is being contemplated for exclusive right to use the port(s) as ship-to-ship transfer point for domestic deliveries as well as supplies to Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and Philippines. Once the arrangement is put in place, this will go a long way in providing convenience in delivery operations to the stated countries at best pricing.
